Platinum Ink Inc is happy to assist with order cancellations prior to final approval. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our customer service team.
Before Proof Approval
Orders canceled before artwork approval may be subject to cancellation fees to cover labor and administrative costs, including but not limited to:
Graphic design and proofing time.
File setup and prepress work.
Payment processing fees.
Fees:
15% – 30% of total order (based on work completed).
Minimum fee: $15.
After Approval / Before Production
If an order is approved but has not yet entered production:
Labor and administrative costs will be deducted from the refund.
Orders $0 – $49.99 → $5 cancellation fee.
Orders $50+ → 10% cancellation fee.
Minimum: $15.
Maximum: $500.
No cap on credit card fees for transactions over $5,000.
After Production Has Started
Once an order has entered production:
No refunds will be issued.
Only shipping charges may be refunded (if applicable).
Rush Orders
All rush printing and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Design & Logo Services
All logo and graphic design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
All designs remain property of Platinum Ink Inc until paid in full.
Order Holds & Abandoned Orders
Orders placed on hold due to missing files or payment:
Will be canceled after 14 days of no response.
Will be subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Due to the custom nature of printed products:
All Sales Are Final
Printed items have no resale value. Therefore:
No refunds or credits will be issued once production is completed.
If an error is confirmed to be caused by Platinum Ink Inc, we will reprint the order at no cost.
Defects & Claims
Customers must:
Notify us within 6 business days of receiving the order.
Return 100% of the product within 15 days (at customer’s expense).
Failure to meet these conditions may void eligibility for replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable.
All work, materials, and services remain the property of Platinum Ink Inc until paid in full. Any misuse of services may result in legal action to recover associated costs.
